Riad Anya is located at the very heart of the antique part of Marrakech, within walking distance to some of the most prestigious landmarks of Marrakech city: the Koutoubia mosque, Jemaa El Fna square, the Sahadian Mausoleum and the famous souks. The terrace offers a unique view of the Atlas Mountains and the Mamounia Gardens– the prestigious palace hotel where stars and government officials stay. This Riad is located in the safest and quietest neighborhood of Marrakech, literally next door to the Royal Palace, residence of the king Mohammed VI.
Riad Anya was originally created from two traditional riads and was entirely renovated in 2007 by local artisans. Riad Anya has two patios and three salons where to find calm during the hottest hours of the day and relax or eat away from the constant buzz of Marrakech city.
You will be hosted by Jamila, our dynamic manager with long time experience in running European owned riads in Marrakech, Imane who will cook for you some of the best traditional Moroccan dishes, and by Azziza and Rhadija. Riad Anya is open 24/7 – just let Rida, the night watchman, knows when you leave at night and he will wait for you until you return. Our riad has a small pool (160 square feet) in the Large Patio, a Jacuzzi on the terrace, and we offer steam room and a spa service for a reasonable fee.
